yles: calligraphy, watercolors, acrylics and the\n \ninfluence on her
life of living in the Hawaiian Islands.  The acrylic paintings are t
he newest\n \naddition to her work. \n \nDragons and jazz invite th
e viewer to visually and mentally enter the paintings and enjoy\n \nt
he secrets to be found.  In the abstract work, boldness, yet attentio
n to detail, adds intrigue.\n \nHollister partnered with Terry Engleh
art in the Pengraphics Studio of Calligraphy and Graphic\n \nDesign i
n Oakland for six years.  She taught calligraphy in San Francisco and
Oakland,\n \nCalifornia and Kealakakua and Honolulu, Hawai’i. Her
work has been shown in California,\n \nHawai’i, and Germany. She no
 w lives in Sonoma with her feline assistant, Isabelle.\n \n \n# # #
