David Gast is coming in from Charles Creek Vineyards in Sonoma, California for the September 1, 2009 Booray's of New Orleans Wine Dinner, 7 p.m, Tuesday. The price is $45 per person plus tax and plus gratuity. RSVP by noon on Monday August 31. Scotty will have the following meal ready for us when we arrive.

Course 1: Charles Creek Las Patolitas Chardonnay served with Fried Clams

Course 2: Charles Creek Muy Bonita Red Blend served with Wild Mushrooms over a bed of Dirty Rice

Course 3: Charles Creek LaSonrisa Cab served with Prime rib and Sweet Potato Fries
