JOIN CHARLES CREEK'S TWO PROPRIETORS, BILL AND GERRY BRINTON (aka The Turophiliacs which is a cheesemongers word for Those that love cheese. Your class just started with a introduction of a new word!) AT THEIR HOME IN GLEN ELLEN IN A CLASS ON ONE OF THEIR FAVORITE SUBJECTS: THE PAIRING OF WINE AND CHEESE.
The seminar will be led by LAURA MARTINEZ, author of THE EVERYTHING CHEESE BOOK.

Partake in a pairing of 7 Northern California artisan cheeses with 7 select Charles Creek wines in a beautiful setting overlooking the Sonoma Valley



"Italian Salad with Cheese, with Three summer wines from Charles Creek: Rose, Pinot Grigio and a new Riesling"
Additionally we will make two great 1 minute cheese hor d’oeuvres and a cheese salad. You shalt not want dinner at the end of this class.
Take home two 1 minute start to finish hor d’oeuvre recipes and a recipe for a cheese salad course(and eat them all!)
Experience fine artisan breads that will enhance the cheese and wine experience
Learn the history and backgrounds on types of cheese and wine, learn new cheese terms
Take away a list of cheese sources for future purchasing
Graduate with a degree in Turophilia (A love of cheese if you don't already have one) and Advanced Pairing ( A.P.)
